Enclosures: [small typed note and original letter described in the note] The Burns We Love. Loosely inserted is a typed, signed letter from Mr William Will, an officer (most probably the Chairman) of the Robert Burns Society, thanking G.K.C. for 'the finest address on Burns that we have had. It was a literary treat which we will not soon forget'. The letter, which is on the heading of the journals, The Graphic, The Daily Graphic, and The Bystander, goes on to treat of popular misapprehensions about Burns and his supposed drunkeness. Dated 29th January 1923.
